Daily Functional & Focused StrengthStarting March 15th, I'm shifting my business onto Moxie. I offer a subscription as well as packages for my daily workouts. My subscribers get unlimited streaming live workouts at 6am and videos on demand. Moxie allows me to see you, give real time corrections and feedback but with the option of hiding yourself from the other members. The platform allows for a warm up room where we can chat and connect as well as a cool down room. There's also a chat group where I'll interact with my subscription clients helping them set goals then provide accountability and support as you work toward your gaols. The daily workouts have a different focus every day and the workouts are based on functional movement patterns to develop strength. Workouts are always less than an hour ranging from 45-55 min. These workouts will keep you doing the things you love with confidence.

My specialty is functional movement, which means I get a sense of how you move and what you like to do for movement outside of the gym. Then I use that information to help strengthen your body to be functionally strong in movement patterns that support your life.

It's taking the typical movement patters in your specific sport and training to increase range of motion, power, speed, agililty and strength to enhance your performance. This can be an individual training, or a group or team training.
